DRY STORAGE

We offer both long term and short term dry storage with many plans designed to facilitate the differing needs of boaters.  Our  dry storage rates are based on $11.00 per foot with a yearly lease.  Other options are available.

OFF PREMISE DRY STORAGE

  This is a new concept in boat storage designed for those who do not use their boat on a regular basis.  Our off premise storage facility is south of Foley, away from the salt air environment.  We transport your boat to the off premise facility where it is stored in a new storage building.  When you want to use the boat, we transfer it to one of our marinas for you to use out of the marina or to take  to your condo.  When you are ready to go home, we transfer your boat back to the off Premise storage facility.  Introductory rates of $8.00 per foot including one launch per month.

Wet Storage

We have wet storage slips up to 50'.  Our wet slips start at $250 per month for small boats, and go up to $600 per month for large slips.  We also offer boat lifts.
